1. Who we are

2. What we offer

Wanderyarn provides self-guided walking tours and scavenger hunts in cities around the world. Our content includes curated routes, points of interest, historical narratives, and interactive challenges that you can enjoy at your own pace on your mobile device.

3. Your account

You can create an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR (€). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

When you purchase a tour or scavenger hunt, you receive immediate digital access. Because of the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once content has been accessed. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using a purchased product, contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund.

Subscription plans, if applicable, will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual property

All content on Wanderyarn — including tour routes, text, images, illustrations, audio, and software — is owned by Vinotek.hu Kft. or licensed to us. You may use purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. User conduct

When using Wanderyarn, you agree to: use the service lawfully, not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, not share your account credentials with others, and not use automated tools to scrape or download our content.

7. Limitation of liability

Wanderyarn provides information for tourism and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information (opening hours, accessibility, route conditions) is up to date at all times.

You are responsible for your own safety while following our tours. Wanderyarn is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your use of our walking routes or scavenger hunts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Wanderyarn available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service without prior notice. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
