Walking tours in Budapest

Questions

Can I choose the tours later?: Yes. A pack is 5 credits, and a credit becomes a tour the moment you spend it — on the day you buy or months later.
Do the credits expire?: They last as long as your access does: at least 24 months from the purchase, as the Terms say.
Can two of us use one purchase?: Yes. Sign in to the same account on both phones and you both get the full tour.
Does it work without a signal?: Open the tour before you set off and the map and the stops you have opened stay available while you walk.
Which languages?: 12, and switching language never costs anything.
What about refunds?: A pack with no credit spent can be withdrawn within 14 days for a full refund. Once you open a tour or spend a credit you have asked for immediate access, which ends the withdrawal right — that is the box you tick at checkout.
Are museum tours included?: No. Museum tours are a separate thing, and neither the pack nor the pass covers them.
Can I have an invoice for my company?: Yes. Give us your company's VAT number at checkout and we issue that invoice by hand, to the company.
